Shredded Chicken Salad Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a baking dish with cooking spray and place the chicken breasts in it. Sprinkle with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dijon mustard, honey, salt and pepper. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through. Let cool slightly before chopping into bite size pieces.
